What Does Outdoor Mean?
The first meaning of the word outdoor is outside. However, this word is mostly used for special production clothes and accessories today.
What is Outdoor Clothing?
Extra comfortable and durable clothing manufactured to be worn in harsh natural conditions is called outdoor clothing. The warranty period of these products varies between 3 and 5 years. The biggest difference of outdoor clothing and accessories from other products is that they last much longer.
What are Outdoor Products?
Full-zip fleece types, in which organic cotton is used in the production, are among the outdoor products. These clothes with 3 or 4 pockets are extra resistant to the wind. One of the most preferred outdoor clothes today is thermal underwear. Thermal underwear, manufactured with a new generation fabric technology, preserves body heat. For this reason, thermal underwear is preferred in all winter sports, especially ice skating and sledding.
Cotton clothes stay wet by absorbing sweat like a sponge during activity, and then your heat moves away from your body, causing a feeling of cold. This effect is seen even more in windy and cold weather and can have very dangerous results.
The situation is different for clothes made of synthetic fibers such as Polyester Clothes. Due to its polyester structure, it transfers the sweat formed to the outer surface of the fabric and removes it from your body, and the sweat carried to the outer surface of the fabric dries by contact with the air.
